Signed up to bt sport season pass yesterday and still not able to get into the app or sign into bt sports on my fire stick or PlayStation

@Brianbuckham   Did you receive a reply back after you texted SEASON to 150 ?   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yes, activated my bt ID and received the pin for activation etc 24 hours later still nothing
