Bt sport after upgrade

Hi, 

I have just upgraded from an iPhone XR to iPhone 12. Bt sport was included in the package I had this on my xr so was assuming it would continue however I now have no bt sport access and my ee account says bt sport already used. Bt sport was in my upgrade confirmation email so fingers crossed it’s just something Ive not been able to do yet.

Welcome to the EE Community,

If you select add smart benefit you will be able to select BT Sport from the options available.

BT Sport offer used means that you have previously used a free trail.
