@BILLBO12001   I think you’ll find that your partner is entitled to the discount as it’s their blue light card. Ie it’s not in your name.  Is your partner an EE customer ?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
what we were told was she could register for ee perks and i could get a
discount code

Hi @BILLBO12001,

That's right, if your partner registers for EE Perk they'll be able to generate a discount code for you.

What was the reason for the rejection given by the perk team?

Hi @BILLBO12001

Can your partner try uploading a clear image of a branded photo ID card showing the place of employment.

The team will check this over and confirm if this has been accepted.

Leanne.

We tried that but because she is not NHS fire or police her photo I'd was rejected but her work intituls her to a blue light card
