Trying to change BT Sports to Discovery+ following instructions sent by EE. For some reason, when I get to the log in stage, I am not recognised. Tried to contact EE but gave up after 30 minutes on hold. Tried to check my account on the EE app but details would not load. What a RUBBISH service EE is providing for the money they take from me every month

“Try again later”. Two days and 90 minutes on hold and I eventually spoke to an advisor who was able to help me.
