Hi there just renewed my contract to sim only. A last year i opted for the 6 months free apple music but cancelled it after this. When i renewed my contract i added the apple music add on my when i log in its saying my ID is on another subscription. I tried to make a new id but i get the same message. Any ideas?

Thank you for your help all sorted called EE and the told to contact Apple to remove all old subscriptions. Seemed to sort it.
