I have just upgraded my contract a month before it officially ends. I got a message with a link to show add ons included.
It says I have 6 months free Apple Music for sticking with EE. When I opened Apple Music and clicked the link for subscribing through EE, Apple Music says I have no subscription through EE.
As advised by another EE forum, I texted MUSIC to 150. I received a reply saying I already used the subscription and it expired earlier this month.
