I recently purchased a new device over the phone, the person i spoke with assured me i could add my apple music as a free add on once i received my device through the ee app. This is not the case, it is now a paid add on and i have been mislead in order to sell me the device, i have had multiple issues with ee this year and will not be recommending nor will i be staying with ee when contracts come for renewal. Has anyone else experienced this recently and was it able to be amended? Thanks

Hi @Milk72
Welcome to the community.
I am sorry if you have been misled.
Was the Apple Music add-on due to be part of one of our Full Works or All Rounder plans as an inclusive add-on, or was it a 6 month free add-on?

My understanding was that it was an inclusive add on to my all rounder plan as it was before my upgrade and not a separate fee.
thanks

@Milk72 Just to clarify you are still on an All Rounder plan and do have the option to add inclusive extras through your EE app, just Apple Music is not one of the available options to add? Or do you have no option to add inclusive extras in your app?
As we have two versions of the All Rounder plan, one Android version and one iPhone version. Our plans have recently changed and Apple Music is still available as an inclusive extra on our All Rounder iPhone plan. It may be you have ended up on the Android version by mistake. One of our guides on 150 should be able to change you from the Android All Rounder to the iPhone All Rounder if you want to use Apple Music as your inclusive extra.
