Apple TV activation as inclusive extra not working

I switched my inclusive extra back to Apple TV having changed it to roaming data for a month.  I received a message confirming that the Apple TV has been added with a link to activate it.  The link is not working - saying it cannot connect.  Wi-Fi connection is working ok and I can access internet etc.  can you assist?
