Apple TV+ / Music are asking me to pay.

I had Apple TV+ and Apple Music as part of the inclusive extras. Apple now asks me to subscribe to each service, by paying the monthly fee. Apple TV+ stopped working a few weeks ago, Apple Music stopped working today

I went on the EE website and I noticed that Apple Music was missing from the inclusive extras. When I try to readd it, I get the following error. Also I removed Apple TV from the extras and now I'm also unable to add it with the same errors.

Any ideas on how I can fix this?

I do not own an iPhone but an Android phone if it helps.

@davidk19   Is your 6 months free now up?

https://ee.co.uk/inclusive-extras/apple-music

I've been using apple music with EE since at least 2020 as one of the 3 options that my contract allows.

I did use the 6 month trial maybe before that.

I looked at messages that I received from EE. Both on May 17th. I did not sign up to Apple One, or remove Apple Music back then.

Hi from EE. To activate your Apple One subscription, tap the link below...

Hi from EE. We've removed your Apple Music Inclusive Extra. Please visit ee.co.uk/myee to manage your extras. Thanks.
