Hi

I have recently purchased a new iPhone and contract with EE and at the time of doing so already had a subscription to Apple Music.
I have activated the 6 month free Apple Music add-on, text MUSIC to 150 and done all the bits as far as I can tell, but my phone still says my subscription ends on 8th December.

Any help would be appreciated

Your existing subs with Apple itself ends on 8 Dec.

You recent 6-month free membership via EE started 19 Nov.

There'll be a few days overlap unless you can cancel your direct membership with Apple.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

I’m just concerned that I can’t see any real confirmation anywhere that says my free trial is taking over.
Don’t want to lose all my playlists I’ve spent years accumulating etc. 😅
