Probably that the website is trash and nothing ever works on it. Been like it for months and nothing ever gets looked at or fixed. I don't want to call in, I want the website to do what it's supposed to! Click add pods to my account and it just spins and spins and spins. Same when it comes to paying bill, that never works. Honestly it's ridiculous how bad a tech companies website can be. You should look at replacing those that sort it as its not fit for purpose. Rant over.

Have you tried logging out, clearing your browser cookies and cache, and trying again?
Do you have the same experience when testing with alternative browsers?
