I've signed up and selected by Add-on, however never received a text from 150 in order to setup my add-on. Please help as it's showing as active on my account?

Hi, I have also got the same issue with the BT Sport app I have extra on my mobile phone contract. I have been waiting for a link but nothing. I have text SPORT to 150 and it says message stop if I want to cancel. It says it active on my app but it says I need the BT ID.
