Not aware that Spotify is a specific EE add-on. Could you mean the EE Music Data Pass?

@Graham1971  EE don’t offer Spotify you need to login to your Spotify account and terminate it from there.   You might be paying for it via your mobile bill but that only your chosen payment method.
