Add ons page doesn't work

I can't see the list of Add-ons to choose. The page is constantly unavailable "something went wrong, try again". It looks like this options disable for me

Are you able to view the add-ons in the EE app and EE account online since you posted?

No it still errors - and I have t had the details to activate my TNT Sport add on.

If you are getting an error when accessing the add-ons in your EE account, please call us and the team will get this looked into for you.

The customer service bought add-ons for me, and now the add-on purchase page is normal.
