Add ons page doesn't work

I can't see the list of Add-ons to choose. The page is constantly unavailable "something went wrong, try again". It looks like this options disable for me

Could you try accessing the page on a different device or browser and let us know if it's the same?

I tried it from all devices and through the browser, it doesn't work anywhere. However, I was be able to purchase the add-on sms to number 150.

The page is still not working for me to add £10 add on for my we my fi. I can’t send a text as mifi doesn’t have a facility to do that… I’m in France and really need it sorted so please tell me how I can that!!

What happens if you visit add-on.ee.co.uk on a browser connected to the WiFi device?

It hasn’t been working for months now. I’m pretty sure since December of last year. Please fix as it’s getting ridiculous now.

This has been broken since at least May for me and has been reported weekly on here by users, and it's still not fixed. This should tell you something about EE's customer support.

Since this has been going on for months, and there is no resolution coming, just text the following to 150 (you will need available credit to actually buy the add-on you need):

ADD ON - Get list of data, text or minutes add-ons
ADD TEXTS - Get options to buy texts add-on
ADD MINS -Get options to buy minutes add-on
ADD DATA - Get options to buy data add-on
ADD INT - Get options to buy minutes and data when abroad.

Don't be surprised when some of the options will not be recognised (e.g. I can't buy 200 texts for a day).
