Activating Apple TV+

Hello, I have recently joined EE and took up the Apple TV+ offer of 6 months. I have so far received nothing to activate it, log into it, start it, but my expiry date is running?!?!

 

The website states it is an 'active' add-on but I have not registered anything and each time I go to the Apple TV app, it is as if my EE is non-existent. 

 

This appears a common problem with a number of posts but I can't find the actual solution to my problem, if anyone can help?

I'm sorry to hear you've been having a bit of trouble getting this sorted out. 

When you first tried setting this up, did you send us a message with TV PLUS to 150?

Usually once the product is active on your account, you'll get a message with your activation link.

No. The link in the app didn't work so I made a phone call. I was told to expect an activation message. This was about an hour ago

If this offer is part of your home contract, I'd recommend getting back in touch with our customer care team and they can check the contact number we have active for your account, as this should be where the message is sent.
