In July, I switched my 365 inclusive extra to a roaming abroad pass. After waiting a month to change it back, I found that the 365 option is no longer available. Despite reaching out for assistance multiple times, no one has been able to resolve this issue. The last time I called, I was advised to try again in a few days, but it has now been over two weeks and I’m still unable to access my inclusive add-on. The 365 option was the primary reason I chose this package.

If you log into the EE app and select add-ons, which Inclusive Extra is showing as active?
