£300 reward card

 having the absolute worst time trying to get my reward card after upgrading my phone on 21st November I've had no message to claim it been fobbed of by ee and the card service team basically blaming each other I just want to finish my Christmas shop but the way this is going I won't. What an absolute joke!

I'll post again seen as my last one was taken down, I've had an absolute nightmare trying to get my reward card after I received my phone on the 21st November was told to wait 14 days for text about the reward card still haven't received it been in touch with ee and the card service team who apparently don't have my details got back in touch with ee to be told they'd look in to in still had nothing from them it's been a joke I just want to finish my Christmas shop, it's as though ee have scammed people into getting new phones and then not giving them the rewards

Purchased my phone on 21st November with promise I'd receive my reward card 15 days after the purchase it's now a month later I'm still yet to receive it. I've spent 2 weeks in contact with ee and the reward cards team to be fobbed of by both absolutely disgusting service from ee

The text message should have arrived 15-30 days after your order. Did the customer service team mention any reasons why you may not be eligible?

No I've been told I am eligible I've just haven't received it it's now been 31 days I spent most of yesterday on the phone with ee to be told I would have to go in store we're I purchased my phone and see what they can do

Ive had the same issue. Been chasing them up for what feels like an eternity. 

Advertised like it would help you out for christmas and yet it is the middle of march for me and still havent recieved anything.

An agent over the phone explained to me that the sales agent who processed my order applied the wrong discount.
