£300 reward card

Hi 

I upgraded my mobile, and the £300 reward card came with it.

I have registered card opened account but can't review passcode when I log in.

How do I overcome this.

Rang help line on hold for 45 mins nothing

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I've tried, no response twice now just have to keep trying
