I am trying to purchase the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ on the EE website, where a 30% discount is advertised. However, the discount is not being applied at checkout.
I do not want a 24-month contract or a data plan—I wish to purchase the device outright.
I have already called your customer service team on 150, emailed ENQUIRE-STORE@EE.CO.UK and visited a store, but no one has been able to resolve this issue. can anyone provide a solution?
Ps.. iv tried logging out and back in and tried on a friend’s account

@Chelly5 The 2nd picture stays discount applied in basket so have you added it to the basket because these 2 images are not your basket. You need to click that ADD TO BASKET

that's how I know it's not being applied the price remains the same x

I've given this a test myself and this banner just keeps redirecting back to the device page regardless of what you select, so I'm going to get this double checked.
Just to be sure as well, what device and browser are you using when visiting this page?
