Been 5 days and had no texts to advise about my Mastercard seems to be an issue for alot of people, doing an offer and then people not receiving that offer, can someone clarify because seeing everyone saying different things and need some clarity, had zero text from ee since the upgrade and not had any emails/messages come through

Chats and other posts all say different things saying should get a link after 5 days and then you’ll get the £200 card within the 15-30 days.

Lot of confusion and so many advisors saying different things

Hi @Sjcrows

If you're sent the card that soon then you can cancel but still receive the card. @XRaySpeX is correct.

Thanks

The link after about 5 days is just to the T&C's of the offer, not for actually claiming it.

It’s been 15 days today for me and haven’t even had the t&cs text for the digital card. After reading the forum this seems to be a common issue for a lot of people

Hi @Sjcrows

The text would go to the lead number on your account.

If you have not had this, please call us on 150 and the team will get this looked into for you.

Leanne.
