I’m being charged £12.99 as an add on but it doesn’t say what it is.  Wondering if it’s Netflix although I already pay that through my bank.  Can anyone help?

@Emily39 Is it something that has happened across multiple bills or just the latest?

That description would mean your number has been used as payment method for a Google Play purchase or subscription. Do you have a Google account you use? Try logging in with your phone number here it should show the purchase history Sign in - Google Accounts

You can add a bar on third party companies being able to bill your number/EE bill if you wanted. If you only have one number on your account you can add the bar by texting BAR to 150. If you have multiple numbers on one account it does require contacting us to add the bar.

Our Third party charges help page has more information as well. Third Party Phone Bill Charges

Hello @Emily39,

Welcome to the EE Community

Where is it exactly you are seeing the £12.99 add-on? Is the charge showing on your EE bill? If so you should be able to view the details of your bill in the Bills and Payments section> View bill on the app or website.

Are there any add-ons you can see within the app when you select Manage> Mobile Add-ons>Your active add-ons, that the charge may relate to?

Alex

Hi Alex

I’ve found the description and it says Google play but I have an I phone and don’t know how to remove it.

Thanks Alex, I have been into Google and there are no live subscriptions so will need to speak to someone at EE to put a bar on external charges. What’s the best number to speak to someone?
