I just bought an early upgrade online yesterday and I have only recieved the first email confirming my order. I have had nothing about delivery and I have tried to track my item and it saids after entering my information that the session it timed out! My order reference started with the three letters and only had nine numbers. I would just like to know what is happening.

Our customer service team will be able to look into the order for you.
I recommend logging into your My EE account on your phone's browser (not the app) or a computer.
Once you're logged in, a chat window will pop up when an advisor is available.
If you can't get in contact with chat, please get in touch from an alternative phone.
