Not receiving OTPs after number porting - unable to access services

I have the same issue. I’m not receiving OTPs after porting my number. It’s been over a weeks since porting been completed and I still can’t access some of the website or services. I have contacted CS multiple times and none of the troubleshooting could help. Last time I spoke to someone I was told it must be something wrong on Apple end and should contact their support but it’s definitely something related to porting my number.

You are quite correct to believe this has nothing to do with Apple, or any other device manufacturer. Can you receive person-to-person text messages?

EE-CS are the correct point of contact to rectify this.

Hey there @kamil922.

Normally if we complete all our diagnostics, the next step would be to raise a ticket for further investigation. 

We don't have access to accounts here on the Community to check next steps, but usually the best thing to establish would be if it's all PINs affected here, or just ones from certain companies.

As @bristolian has mentioned too, it's worth checking to see if you can send and receive texts with other normal numbers.

Also if you have access to another phone, it could be worth testing your SIM in there to see if the issue carries over, as this can rule it out being a device / software issue.
