EE TOPUP not working

I’ve just paid for £20 credit to TOPUP on my pay as you go plan and it’s been taken out of my bank account but not been put into credit. Never had this issue before. What do I do?

Flexi Plan contract

Hello.  I am on a flexiplan for my Samsung S25 and contract payment is on Direct Debit but how do I pay the device payment?  I've looked on the EE app but can't see how to make the payment!Hope someone can help as don't want a mark on my credit score...

Text and calls different numbers

Hi I ported my number on 17th  to an iPhone 16e. It took 2 attempts and now my number is correct on calls but the sim number on text! My correct number will return message failure for texts but can answer calls !

Item not delivered

Hi there , I ordered an iPhone 16 and sim 3 days ago and I haven’t got an email saying it’s been dispatched and I can’t track the parcel, I can’t ring Ee because I haven’t got the SIM card hence why I bought a new one PLEASE HELP!!!
