call forwarding

Hello,

I’m trying to set up call forwarding on my iPhone 15 Pro Max using my EE SIM, but it doesn’t seem to work.

I have tried both the iPhone settings and dialling codes (like 21number#), but the calls are not being diverted.

Could you please check and confirm if call forwarding is enabled on my account?

If it’s not active, I would appreciate it if you could enable it for me.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Soroushlondon  When you do this on your device is the toggle being enabled?    Can you enter the number in the next field ?   Because once you enter the number you just click back on the top left of the device and that’s it.

I've no experience of Apple iOS, but the menus should be standard. Can you be specific on what GSM code you're trying? And what happens?

Asking again.... can you be specific on what GSM code you're trying? And what happens?

@Soroushlondon , as @Chris_B , has already written, this is not customer service, we have no idea who you are and no account access, so unless you can set it up yourself, and you want to check that it is enabled on your account, you would have to ring customer service and speak to them.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

In addition to the above questions, do you have a pay monthly or pay as you account?
