SIM card for second phone that my daughter uses no longer works.
Online resources utterly useless.
App doesn't work currently.
Over 2 hours on hold on a call.
No method of ordering replacement SIM card, if that is the problem.
Utterly, utterly useless customer service.
We pay you to provide a service.
Provide one (would say please but no reason at all to do so).

@HoleFarm , I have just rung EE customer service and spoke to someone within a minute or two. I was told they had technical issues yesterday, so would suggest you try today, you should get through pretty quickly. Hope this helps.

Welcome to the community,
You write that you were waiting on hold for 2 hours,, why not hang up and try again at a different time? I have never had to wait more than 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone.
The app does work, there are already many threads giving suggestions what to do. Try clearing cache, uninstall and reinstall the app and otherwise ring customer service to get your account reset.
You can also log in via the website to your account.
