I’ve been abroad a few times and when I switch off the phone the phone says this phone is switched off please try later rather than going to voicemail. I’ve called customer services many times but nothing has changed is there something simple to do to rectify this as if the phone is on abroad and someone rings it will after ringing a few times goes to voicemail as usual so this only happens when the phone is off.
