Hi all.
When someone leaves me a voicemail when I'm out of reach and I try to 'return call' by pressing # the phone just cuts off !
Anyone know why or how to rectify this problem please ?
TIA.

Hi @Secwin
Thanks for coming here.
Does this happen with all voicemails that you try and call back?
Has the caller withheld the number?
Leanne 🙂

Hi, thanks for your reply.
If someone has left a message when I’m out of signal range and therefore their number doesn’t appear on my phone I try to press # to return the call, it tells me its dialing their number but then cuts the whole call off.
It will happen with with any number whether that be withheld, a number not in my contacts but also one that is.
I spoke to someone this morning from EE who informed me it is a technical issue that they are aware of but have no fix for at the moment.
She has told me to press 4 instead of # and this will then send me a text with the number which I can then call.
Not an ideal situation but I can live with it, just a shame that I recently moved to EE
after being a long term customer of O2, never had an issue with them for probably 20years.
