Voicemail charges for 0843 numbers

Hi guys,

Does it cost to listen to a voicemail note received from a 08438788319 while being on contact?

Welcome to the community.

 

Listening to voicemails is part of your normal allowance. So if you're in the UK or an EU country that's covered by your plan, you won't be charged extra.

Reading your post, it's perhaps worth adding some clarity to the answer you've been given.

 

It makes no difference what number a voicemail is from, as to what it costs you to listen to it. Your charges are based on the number you are calling from your phone, not who called you.
