I'm trying to dial 901 to access my v-mails as usual, but am getting message 'I'm sorry but this number is no longer in service.' 

Any ideas how to resolve this and access my vmail? I have 2 messages waiting!

901 is not EE's short-dial for voicemail, that's O2's speed-dial. This is an EE community forum.

Are you with EE or O2?

Hi @FiBud.

Welcome to the community.

If you are using an EE SIM you can access your voicemail by pressing and holding the 1 key or dialling 222.

The same message when I dial 901 for my voicemail...im  also with  EE and have always used 901.Yes it is 02 voicemail  but has always been mine as well for year's Not sure why it changed unless its becausei dialed the number rather than just listening to message ? 222 is how i finally listened to left messages.
