My son is on our family plan, controlled by me, and didn't text ROAMING to 150 before he went to Sweden. Now he can't use data/phone. What do I need to do? Help please, thanks!

Without roaming being active, your son's phone won't be able to connect to any foreign networks
Anyone with account access needs to contact CS on 150 or 0800 0798586 and request roaming is activated on your son's phone.
