I upgraded yesterday to the iPhone 14 pro on the unlimited plus plan for £76 a month. There was £5 discount on the site and then i added my EE Perk code for my 20%. I don’t have the phone yet but my plan has changed and is showing me my payment will be £63.33 excluding VAT per month. I have TRIED several times to contact EE but just keep getting texts then nobody is calling me back. Any ideas? The upgrade was my first in a good many years and it was a push to be able to do it at the discounted cost so now I am quite upset at the thought of it being so much more.

Have you downloaded the breakdown of your bill to see why it was more than you expected?
I think you may need to speak to our Mobile Care team about this though. Usually, you can't use the Perk discount alongside other discounts.
