Hello, could anyone tell me why i’m unable to receive verification codes to my number and how i’m supposed to fix it? i’ve been struggling for awhile

Is it just verification messages that you aren't receiving? Do incoming and outgoing calls and standard texts works okay?
Are you receiving any verification messages at all?
Do you have a contract or pay as you go SIM?
Are you currently in the UK or abroad?

Hello, it’s only verification codes that i don’t receive for some reason and it’s really weird everything else is fine.
Im currently in the UK and i also have a pay as you go SIM. the verification codes used to come through on my phone but all of a sudden stopped working

Have you changed anything on your account around the time that it did stop @cabee19_, such as changing the pack or getting a new SIM?

Not to my knowledge i haven’t changed anything, it just randomly stopped receiving codes 😕

I would recommend flagging this with our technical support team on 150, they will be able to investigate this further for you.
