I have tried to hard reset a few times, airplane mode on and off, the usual tricks. Getting absolutely nothing. Data and Wifi usage is fine.

Thanks for getting in touch, it was showing bars and I am pay monthly.
I managed to speak on the web chat to technical support who said they have done a refresh which seems to have done the trick!

Is your phone showing signal bars? Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly?
What happens when you try to make or receive a call?
