Unable to make any calls other than WhatsApp!

We need more information in order to help you, it is not a poor service, as no one knows where you are or what you have tried thus far.

I am in France. My husband has the same problem and I can see that several customers have reported a similar problem.

@Sboulezbrown thank you for letting me know, the problem is down to EE worldwide outage, which they are trying to resolve and that is why there is no network connection at present, sorry not helpful I know, but that is the only answer I can give to you.

it is now working again. There must have been a glitch.
