URGENT: Calling abroad and roaming settings

Hi 

I am in Dubai and cannot receive/make calls, texts or Internet. I was assured by ee before I left the UK that everything is setup correctly. Ee representative even gave me his email.

I have logged into my app under controls and have sent ee the screenshot, it is showing 'calls abroad and premium rate numbers' and 'roaming worldwide' is blocked. I cannot change the settings as it always comes up with an error message.

Hi, I am having exactly the same issue and in Dubai currently. I have tried everything under the sun and ee have meddled with my account, now the app is blocking me and provides the error message 'something had gone wrong'.

What number did you call on Skype?
