Does anyone know why 'Conditional Call forwarding active' comes up when I try to make a call?

Hi @Lezlee 

 

This is device function that is advising you of a "conditional call divert" that you have set on your phone.

 

The usual reason is that any incoming call that you don't answer for whatever reason, is diverted to voicemail.

Thanks.

I'm sure this didn't always come up. It only showed up when I was trying to
make a call. Do you know how to switch it off?

Hi @Lezlee 

 

If you wish to switch voicemail off text VM OFF to 150 and it will cancel the divert to voicemail.

You can only disable this popup by cancelling your voicemail diverts as has been advised above.

 

This will also stop your voicemail from automatically picking up any missed calls to your phone.

 

This notification isn't impacting the use of your phone in any other way.
