Travel add on for US with Sim only plan

I've got a sim only plan and my profile shows no add ons are available   I'm traveling to New York shortly and need the use of my mobile. Any recommendations? Surely a suitable add on should be available? Any recommendations as to how to proceed?Thanks

@Twinklestar : Could you be on a PAYG SIM rather than a SIM-Only contract? Not to have any roaming add-ons when on contract would be unusual unless you are being restricted for credit history reasons.

Thanks for responding  . Definitely sim only  26GB  2Y contract. Credit all good  I'm stumped why no options

Just checked. Says Payment plan 25gb 2y £5pm.

Thanks EE - how does the Roam abroad add on work? What is the cost? Is it recurring or just pay when use? Does it cover US? How much data do I get?

As an aside Im going to Greece in July. Will this add on work too? Is it the most appropriate add on?

All sorted. Apparently I was on a payment plan and therefore was not eligible for any add ons. Ive had to change my plan to one where add ons are allowed. Excellent "chat" service. Thanks all, anyway for thoughts.
