I have had BT Sports/TNT Sports as part of my included Smart Benefits which seems to have been disconnected. It is still listed on my EE account, but when I go to Discoveryplus account, it doesn't show up there and tries to get me to sign up.
Has anyone else had this issue?

Did you receive any texts to say that the TNT Sports was removed from your account at all?
If you text PICK to 150, are you able to add TNT Sports again there?

I'm having the same issue. Happened to me last month and I was given a temporary 1 month pass which has now expired. This needs a proper fix
