Stopping text / SMS notifications, even from EE

I look after the mum's EE account on her behalf and the frequent texts from EE are a problem, she gets concerned and doesn't understand them (she is 85).  Is there any way to stop these texts, or switch communication preference to email (so I can deal with anything on her behalf)?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

@Thompson5 , You can also login, or she can into her account and under settings change the way EE communicate, you may have to do this via the web rather than via the app, for you to receive via email rather than text.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
