Stopping EE marketing texts

Hi, Can anyone advise how I can stop EE from sending marketing texts. How can I text EE ??

@Gene3 Texting STOP to 2040 will stop text marketing campaigns, though it can take up to 30 days from when you send the text to be fully stopped.

To stop e-mail marketing from us though you will need to click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of one of our marketing emails. That will take you to a page to opt out of e-mail marketing.

What about phone calls?  I've blocked 5 numbers in the last few days and they keep calling and hanging up before I can finish the sentence asking them to stop.

Are these calls direct from EE, or do you think they could be scam calls? You can set your marketing preferences by speaking with our Customer Support team on 150.

Hi no it was a very important call from hospital 

the text was from someone who texts me before

why I am here why do I log in then get sent code 

and if I open new window why waiting I have to do it all again 😡
