Stop my child sending photo on sms messages how do I do this

@Scojen10 If it’s a contract device you need to set a spend cap on it. That cap should be set to £0 you can do this via the EE account the device is in. Or via that phone text SPEND CAP to 150 and follow the instructions on the return message.

Hi @Scojen10,

Welcome to the EE Community

If you have a £0 cap set on the number, it may allow one initial MMS through, but you wont be charged for it, before blocking any future MMS. The cap wont prevent any pictures being sent via iMessage or RCS messages. There is not a way to disable MMS entirely on your account, only to block the charges via the cap.
