Spam calls since porting number to EE

Hi,

I ported my mobile number from Vodafone to EE on 25th July and have had 3 spam calls from different numbers since then, around 1 a week. I had none for months before. The calls are silent and I hang up after saying hello and waiting 5 seconds or so.

Is there anything about the number porting process that might have shared my number with spammers? Does EE have a directory I need to opt out of? I'm signed up to the Telephone Preference Service already.

@trwh  Just a coincidence,  there is nothing you can opt out of. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
