Hello, I am now outside the UK, I had a card removed from my phone for some time, I inserted the card yesterday and I can do nothing if someone wants to call me this is the message "Sorry calls are not currently being connected to this number" and if I call it somewhere is a quick "beep beep beep" The number is assigned to my account and I cannot enable any package.

Are you using a pay as you go or pay monthly plan?
Are you in the UK or abroad?
When did you last use your SIM?

Please see What is pay as you go and flex hibernation, and how do I stop it?
If you haven't used your SIM for over 179 days, you'll just need to contact Customer Care to reactivate it.
