EE will not to the Flow network in the Caribbean

Why does EE not connect to any Digicel number in the Caribbean from the UK. I cannot call anyone in Jamaica or St Kitts who have a digicel number? It’s most frustrating.

Are you in the UK trying to call a Caribbean number?

Or are you roaming in the Caribbean and having problems connecting to a local network there?

If you can clarify your question, I'm sure the community can offer some further advice.

yes I am able to make other international calls just not those serviced by Digicel in the Caribbean.
