Reception

Hi, i am in the USA and have no reception on my phone. Has anyone had this issue ? Im really stuck !!

Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly?

 

PAYG is auto-enabled for roaming, but pay-monthly users must often enable phones for roaming before travelling.

 

This can be done by logging into your myEE online account, choosing "Usage Controls", and ensuring that "international roaming " & "Call abroad & premium rate" options are both activated.
