Hi I love paid my bill but my service still not working

@Corriee1 , it can take up to 24 hours for the service to be restored, if you were late paying your bill, is it now working?

Have you tried rebooting your device, also changing to airplane mode and then back again?

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
