Service in Australia

I am in Australia and after arrival have set up roaming in my account online.  But my phone has SOS. Only. My partner set up before we left and has Telstra service so it canoodling be local coverage problem

Welcome to the community,

I take it you are on a monthly contract.

Did you make sure that roaming, call abroad and premium calls are enabled? If not you will have to ring customer service to get this enabled, if you are not able to do so yourself.

If on pay as you go, you need to make sure that you have enough credit.

Have you tried rebooting your phone? This sometimes work.

If you need to contact EE, you can do so by using Skype, there is a free number you can ring:

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
