SIM card abroad

I am currently in Australia, my SIM card has been changed to be used here, it has been working fine for the past week but yesterday the internet stopped working. It was solved by an ee employee yesterday but the same problem occurred about five hours after; I have called again today and they had changed the cap on my account thinking this would solve the problem, I now have no service or access to data and therefore no way of being contacted personally. I had given other phone numbers to the employee I had spoken to over the phone but have received no response and now have no way of contacting ee other than through Wi-Fi. Can anybody help?

Are you able to manually select an alternative local network in Australia?

Yes, all of these other networks are also not working, I’ve tried resetting network settings fully and still no luck.

Hi @cmmitch

What phone are you using?

Do you know of anyone else on EE who is having a similar problem?
